Multi-thread support

You can now engage in multiple conversations with Kubiya, each running in its own thread. That improves the ability to manage conversations and multi-task, as well as the ability to pull information in one thread and use it in another.

Q&A engine now offers links to docs

Kubiya’s natural language understanding has been fine-tuned, now providing even better responses, including references to links. Knowledge management and Q&A engine now offers both summaries and links to docs. Kubiya can now read and serve docs from multiple sources, all inside your existing chat tool.

Asynchronous Execution
Support for async execution in non-conversational workflows is now available. You can include async actions in these workflows, which will run in the background without requiring any user interaction. Just as a reminder, if you are running Kubiya is a conversational, scheduled or webhook based workflow, Kubiya can update you own the action was executed and the results are ready.

Workflow Editor
A new feature is introduced in the workflow editor web interface. It now includes the capability to parse JQ statements during runtime. This feature facilitates swift testing of JSON manipulations during workflow creation.

Bug Fixes

Scheduled Workflows
Fixed a bug in scheduled (cron) workflows. Previously, if a scheduled workflow was changed (for example, to a conversational workflow), the scheduled job would persist incorrectly. This issue has been resolved in the current version.

Improvements

Natural Language Processing
Kubiya’s NLP capabilities have been enhanced to better understand and interpret complex human conversations, resulting in more meaningful and accurate responses.

Dashboard Performance
The performance of the dashboard has been optimized. Now, it loads faster and smoother even with an extensive data set.

Coming up:

  • Tagging Kubiya in other channels
